PET, PE, CPP, etc…. The most common alloys are 8011, 1235, 8079 and the ‘O’ soft temper. Our range start at thicknesses as low as 5.5 microns.
Blister Packaging: These foils are mainly used in the pharmaceutical & medical industries. They are usual printed (backing of medicine and / or laminated). The most common alloys are 8011, 8079, 8021 and tempers are O and H18.
Lacquered foil & Poly Laminated Foil: We also supply unprinted Lacquered & Poly Laminated Foils with primer coat which are used for various applications like Lidding, Cheese foil, etc. By purchasing a ready to print product, customer can avoid a process in their entire conversion which adds value.
Industrial foil: These foils are mainly used in the construction industry as insulation and reflective material. They are available as is or Polyurethane (PU)-coated and can be directly be used. The most common alloys are 8011 and 1100. The mainly used to the roofing industry as insulation and reflective construction materials to be laminated with PUR/ PIR coated. For this kind of application, we can provide you with a minimum thickness of 55 micron which in turn offers the client with the better yield without compromising the quality or property of the material.
